Still a half a class behind

You probably already realize this, but we are still a half a class behind. I will try and rush through some of this stuff so that we can catch up.

    This story is over a year old, but I came across it and thought it was really interesting. It is about the usage of the mark “IPHONE”.

    I would have appealed this rejection and argued that the mark ZIP AND STEAM is suggestive- might have lost- but I think there is a good argument to be made.
